[The New Feathers season isn't over as far as she knows, but this isn't normal. So many people and all of them already dressed properly? Or at least not with the standard New Feathers arrival attire... They don't have wings but those could be hidden easily, she knows that so unless she can touch their backs to investigate she can't claim they lack them... Which means that together with stopping anyone and everyone to ask questions they probably can't answer but are still worth of asking, she will be trying to examine them.
If it's a handsome guy she may even examine a bit further even. Further down, specifically.]

[Vegeta's decided to ignore the fact that she implied that he shouldn't ask questions earlier. He hands her his scouter with one hand, the other still toying with her wings. The scouter still works, but it's out of range.]

[She takes the scouter, arching an eyebrow. Of course he wouldn't accept the "don't ask questions" suggestion, would he? Still, this is good, partially, she puts it on and works with it, it works but it's out of range. It takes a bit of fiddling to try to get it in range... And it fails. She sighs, well, she was expecting that but at least she tried. Now, instead of saying that it's out of range, says that it's impossible to establish communication. Which isn't a surprise for her, she offers it back to him.]
I'm sorry, but as I thought they don't have the channels open for communication.
[She flinches visibly when his fingers push her feathers in a certain way before glaring at him.]
A failure, many would call him that. But he does a good job at dealing with the people sent here which decide to cause trouble.
What's Goku's resting power level in Luceti? OVER 9000?
probably, even with powercap he's from the end of the series, it may break the poor scouter XD
I wouldn't recommend you to do that-
[The scouters she worked with weren't able to handle Goku's power back then, Goku now is incredibly more stronger now, and she's sure that that scouter model isn't as new as the ones she saw. It may be too much for the poor thing.]

Don't worry about Son-kun, he is not one that can be ordered around, but he isn't the type to go around fighting others just because. If you follow my advice it will be fine.

[It's a simple answer, and kind of sad, really. There were many reasons that Vegeta would beg Goku in tears to kill Frieza in the future, after all.]

[Way to give a new point of view to the biggest of the conflicts between Vegeta and her. She had always assumed that having that kind of life was easy and simple.]

[She smiles a bit, sadly lightly caressing the shell of one of his ears with a finger. If only he would talk to her some more, not just this Vegeta but the one she's used to. But no, talking is for the weak. Letting someone into the locked parts of his heart is for someone weak and stupid, even when all she could ever do with the keys of those parts would be to hide them in the most hidden place in the universe so no one else would know them.]
The Battle Dome is at the end of this street, towards the south, it's hard to miss, the only building that doesn't look like a native house. There you can just train or use simulations to help with your training.

[Vegeta stands up stiffly, heading for the Battle Dome. If training is all there is to do here, then he'll train himself right into unconsciousness. Better that than sitting around idly with his own thoughts.]
