This is an open message directed to both boys and girls, new and old residents, from yours truly Bulma Brief! Those who have been here for longer may remember me talking about setting up a beauty store, if not, well, I did it and it's on the journals. Now then, things have been a bit hectic, so it has taken me longer than I expected, but it's done now. So! If you are in need of a hair cut or a hair dye or just washing your hair and can't do it yourself or would prefer to have someone do it for you, feel more than welcome to drop by "Pearl Eden"! Luceti's brand new beauty store for all your beauty needs. Need someone to do your make up, or a manicure? You can get those here as well!

It's located at house 29, following the path to the Battle Dome. The salon has its own entrance so just head there if you want. Also, if you want I can take appointments through the journals.

[Though she doesn't think there will be a need for that, actually. Still someone is bond to want to use this, right? She can recognize a dyed hair when she sees one after all and she knows there are people who do it, having someone else do it for you it's always easier, isn't it?

At risk of being just making a retoric question without an answer... How do you deal with a man from your world and future for whom something has happened between you both but you're too far back in time, at the point at which at most you're just curious about him?

[Talk about complicated questions. She intended to stop there but she ends rambling a bit.]

I mean, I really don't think that there's something as a predestined thing or something settled in stone, and it's not like it would really matter here of all places. It's not as if he seems particularly interested or is the romantic type, but I know him and there's... Something not right, when right is "how I'm used for things to be", you know. It's not that it's wrong but it's not what I'm used to and even if it's not something big it's enough for it to be awkward. What is a girl supposed to do here? Jump into his arms just because it seems that on our world that's what I'll do in my future? But this isn't our world and it's n ot as if we're the only ones here, as meaningless as it may be, it shouldn't be bad to keep options open. I'm still young and I'm definitively single at my time back home!

But there's a kid. In the future, not for me yet! Still, the thing is there's a son and though I don't know how is the Malnosso's record of bringing here babies or little kids... I've seen little children around so it's a possibility. And I'm not sure I would like for my son to arrive and be traumatized because things aren't like what he's used to. On the other hand, doing something just for the sake of someone who may or may not appear here doesn't really sound like a good idea.

[Not to mention that it would still be awkward.]

Depends on the shade of yellow and circumstances. And what kind of clothes you're wearing. Yellow is a very picky and difficult color, not everyone can pull it out, specially wearing it on its own without other complimentary colors. Which is why some people will look plain horribly.

There's that choice, yes. But I wouldn't shut up if I had something bad or mean to tell them, so I don't see why I should shut up when saying something good, specially if it's true.

Huh.. You really seem to know a lot about this sort of thing..! You must be a really fashionable person, then..

[ from her tone it's easy to tell she's a little amazed. ]

Of course I am, it's fun and relaxing. And a great way to pamper yourself.

Hmm, I guess I just never paid that much attention to it before, but.. I think you're right! Ehehe, I guess I should try it then, huh..?

You should, definitively. You are such a sweet girl, I'm sure you will be one of the prettiest around with just pampering yourself a little bit.

Maybe not the prettiest, since I already know there are a lot of people I just can't beat on that front, but.. maybe a little closer to it?

Don't be silly, there are more than one degree of prettiest. You have to get to know your own potential and resources and use them properly, then you'll be one of the prettiest without doubt.

[ for a few moments she goes quiet - there's a slight thoughtful hum though, as if she's trying to think about something. ]

But.. how do you discover your own potential, then..?

With some help and patience. And with visits to a beauty salon, of course.

[She laughs.]

I'll have to try it sometime then for sure.. to discover my potential and all!

It will be fun, I promise. And I'll do my best to help you discover it, if you have any friend who also wants to try it, bring them too. The more the merrier.

Hmm, maybe I should bring Homura-chan too, then.. but.. I think she already has plenty of confidence in herself, with how cool and strong she always is..

Even if she has confidence in herself, there's no reason to not pamper herself a bit more. And it would be fun even if no changes are made.

Well, I think we could maybe show her a few changes.. Like.. ah! I think it might be really, really cute if we could braid her hair.. It's really long, you see? But she's always wearing it down.

Braids, huh? I remember when I used to do one with my hair. I'm sure she would look cute with them, braids are a hairstyle that rarely sits badly with a face. Specially if she has long hair.

Yes, her hair is really long, longer than mine. Mine's a little short for braids, unless it would be really short ones.. So I just prefer my current hairstyle with ribbons.

Short braids can be cute as well. Or we could just leave your hair down, that always looks good.

Mama said these ribbons look really cute on me though, so.. I think I should at least keep those. They remind me a lot of her and everything else back home too.

You can keep your ribbons while wearing your hair down, darling. There are more than one way to wear ribbons in your hair.

Hmm, that's right! But.. I wonder if it won't be too different wearing these thin ribbons with my hair down..

We will have to try it and see. Those things are better done that way after all.
